AuthorBid AI is a tool that helps freelancers generate proposals for platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. The service uses artificial intelligence to create proposal drafts based on the job description and profile information you provide.
To use the full service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
We offer a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@authorbid.com.

You retain ownership of any content you input into the service (job descriptions, profile information, notes). You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely for the purpose of generating proposals for you.
Proposals generated by the service are yours to use. However, you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting proposals. We do not guarantee that any proposal will result in a job offer or client response.
Our free proposal checker tool processes your text entirely in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or retain proposal text submitted to the checker. The free toolkit is provided as an educational resource with no warranty.
The AuthorBid AI service, website, branding, and original content (blog posts, guides, educational materials) are the property of AI GetWise Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.
AuthorBid AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
You are responsible for reviewing all generated proposals before submitting them. AI-generated content should be treated as a draft, not a final submission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI GetWise Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost jobs, or account suspension on freelancing platforms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
